Ladies,
I am so looking forward to seeing many of you next week at the July General Membership meeting
Wednesday, July 15th at the Moose Lodge on Stringfellow Road south of the center.
Please remember to wear a mask as you enter and exit the building.
They will be open from 11:00am for lunch, and will be serving dinner from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.
Their dinner menu includes wings and a chef’s salad with either chicken or tuna;
both with plenty of sides to keep you satisfied.
We’ll be meeting in the south end of the building and it will be closed
off to the game area and bar.
Due to social distancing, no more than four or five will be allowed to sit at a table.
Tables cannot be moved to accommodate. The maximum in that room will be about 45.
We do have minutes, financials and other items to discuss and NEED a quorum
of 32 for that purpose.
Remember; your Board is doing it’s best to keep you safe and informed as
we all go through these trying times.
Furthermore; it’s summertime and many members are gone until the fall.
Come on out and at least say "Hi" and share how you’ve been keeping yourselves occupied during this time.
You may just make a new friend, spark an idea or share a recipe concocted from the
‘Well, let’s see what's left in the fridge and pantry before I have to leave the house" daily dilemma we’ve all faced !
Don’t forget your Two Food Pantry Donations and School Supplies.
