This fun and educational unmounted workshop will focus on Centered Riding basics with presentations, hands-on bodywork practice and groundwork exercises. Instructors and students will explore: Breathing, Building Blocks, Soft Eyes, and Centering, on a foundation of Grounding and Clear Intent. This collegial gathering offers a way to exchange ideas, methods, and exercises among instructors. Instructors, let me know if you would like to present a particular topic or would prefer to just soak up the experience.
The workshop will feature a PowerPoint presentation and will include various bodywork/groundwork equipment, such as an Alexander Horse, Equicizer™, physio balls, mini trampolines, balance boards, demonstration skeletons, Centered Riding posters, and much more.
The Saturday workshop includes a light breakfast and lunch. Dinner will be provided to those staying overnight. Overnight accommodations are available, on a first-come, first-serve basis, to a limited number of people. We may be able to provide transportation to and from the airport, depending on timing.
