Autumn update

Medals and other exciting stuff

Free shipping for May

It's been a long road...

But we're almost there with our newest gin!

It's been gently ageing in new French Oak barrels for almost 12 months now, and we couldn't be happier with the result! The photo gives you a hint as to its name and we're stoked that it's already picked up a Silver medal at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

We'll be putting this wonderful fireside sipper on pre-sale to our subscribers in the coming days. To guarantee yourself a bottle from this very small batch, hop on to our website and subscribe to the NoE family!

Medals and other news

Since our last newsletter, we're delighted to announce that our Admiral Gin picked up a Gold medal at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards and then romped home with another Gold at this year's International Wine and Spirit Competition in London.

Our Oyster Shell Gin was also named Top Australian Gin of 2021 by none other than gin writer and judge, Caroline Ashford (@theginqueenau). We may have had a little martini party to ourselves that night!

Welcome Hamish

It's been a busy start to autumn here on the farm, with new gins under development and possibly one too many martini parties to celebrate the latest awards. However, by far and away the most exciting news is the arrival of little Hamish!

He's our beautiful Flora's half-brother and, in colouring and temperament, he's brought a little bit of Flora's joy back to the farm. He's also now best buds with Jessie, our other highland cow, which is a delight to see.

We'll be taking a little break over June as we head off on a gin-spiring roadtrip. The cellar door will remain open while we're away in June, but then we'll be closing the cellar door for some winter maintenance over July and August. We'll be running some impromptu Gin School classes while the cellar door is closed, so feel free to drop us a line if that's something you might be interested in doing over winter!

Cheers!

Gav and Karen
