New Clients

Scenic Salinger
 
REDC has provided funding to Scenic Sallinger, a real estate entity owned by Eric Chinburg for the development of 52-market rate apartments and two commercial spaces in the vacant Scenic Theater and Salinger block in Rochester, New Hampshire. This project will create more workforce housing in this region, which is one of the REDC Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy's goals.

A Doo For You
 
REDC is pleased to welcome Lisa and Michale Duford of A Doo For You  Hair Salon, located in Raymond, NH, as new clients. This funding will assist with renovations and inventory costs as they grow their business. A Doo For You offers hair services, manicures and pedicures. Learn more here.

Granite State Early Learning Center
 
REDC recently provided funding to Granite State Early Learning Center, based in Nashua, NH. This funding will aid in leasehold improvements to a new property. 

Granite Start Early Learning Center has a mission to create a nurturing and safe environment that develops a solid learning foundation for each child by creating experiences for children where they can learn about themselves and explore the world they live in. Learn more here.

Messy Mike's  Barbecue and Catering
 
REDC welcomes Messy Mike's Barbecue and Catering as a new loan client, receiving funding for working capital to grow his six-year old business.
 
Messy Mike's Barbecue offers true, authentic wood smoked barbecue, both takeout and catering, using the freshest ingredients and the highest quality meats with homemade rubs and sauces. Their food truck is located at 161 Rockingham Road, Derry, NH. Learn more here.
