I have been LOVING the Nevermoor series. If you don't know, it follows Morrigan Crow, a cursed child who was destined to die on her eleventh birthday, before she's rescued by a mad ginger who spirits her away to the secret land of Nevermoor to join a magical society It's going to be a 9 book series; the first trilogy completed last year. I haven't anticipated a long series this much since Skulduggery Pleasant, and The Mortal Instruments. Definitely one that's worth the wait |

Netflix really saved last year. I've been binging the Marvel TV Shows again in the background while I work - I love Daredevil, and The Punisher is a close second for OBVIOUS reasons. If you haven't watched either, please do so I have more people to yell about them with. I also watched Tiny Pretty Things and Bridgerton in a matter of days. The first promises to be the Gossip Girl of the current generation, in an elite ballet school, and I am here for it. As for Bridgerton, while the raunchy Pride and Prejudice remix I wanted it to be - seriously, I was watching through my fingers during those many moments - you couldn't ignore the problematic aspects, and I hope the producers/writers don't revisit them in S2 |
