The way I offer my sessions keeps shifting and evolving, but Soul Plan continues to be the foundation from which I work. I generate the soul plan chart, create a report (~20 pages), and then intuitively build from there. I may include Soul Transformation Therapy, Atlantean Paddles, or Hypnotherapy in a session. I am currently exploring Galactic Astrology and will embark on a PsychoSpiritual Psychotherapy course in 2023, following on from my studies in Spiritual (Holistic) Counselling in 2018. I will share more about these in my next newsletter. I am an eternal student and researcher, always learning and exploring new things, which I then love sharing. Those who follow me on social media will know that if I am not attending a sacred geometry drawing class, I am reading a related book or enrolling in a new course. My spiritual practice includes drawing, painting, writing, divination, meditation, yoga, and tennis. Yes, tennis was added to my weekly practice in September 2021! I love it. The tennis courts are surrounded by woodland, and I am there all year round, rain or shine; it keeps me focused and grounded. I have fun, it shaves off a few layers of stress, and I swear I look younger when I come home! :) This half of the year was particularly busy with work as a consultant in international development. After a long gap, I returned to this career field this year, working independently with US-based NGOs and supporting them in their proposal development process. I learned a lot about human rights in Colombia, primary education in Ghana and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) returning to Iraq. I sometimes wonder how this all ties into my creative, holistic, and artistic endeavours. Still, there are collective insights I am tuning into that also serve to ground (in the practical) a lot of my spiritual work. I find that Soul Transformation Therapy is an excellent tool for looking deeper into the collective themes and issues in the countries I focused on. There does not seem to be much interest (yet) in this level of depth within the NGO community, but I am laying the groundwork. My career profile is on LinkedIn. |

I published The Pulsing Heart on my website on October 19, 2022. I write about the inspiration for this vision and painting that unfolded earlier this year in January 2022. At the time, Venus was transitioning from evening to morning star, symbolizing her emergence from the underworld to start a new cycle. Synchronistically, I completed another painting titled Emergence in February 2022, which I also included in the article. Click on the picture to read about it. In July 2022, I attended the week-long course, Patterns of the Planets, quadrivium in practice. A practice-based exploration of heavenly harmony at the Sacred Art of Geometry (SOAG) studio at Emerson College in Surrey, England. I love their short courses. I am not only learning and honing my geometer skills but also transported into a world of like-minded people on a land that feels like an oasis and where connecting dots goes beyond the compass and paper, deep into the subconscious, exploring worlds within. I've been on a Viniyoga journey since last year with Evelyn Einhaeuser, exploring the ancient teachings and wisdom of the chakras that this beautiful practice brings through chant, meditation, energy transmission, and yoga practices. In July and August, the focus was on the Throat Chakra, evident in my work leading up to and long after; interwoven throughout my own healing, sessions with clients, my artwork, and my blog. |

I have more books than I have time to read. They serve as Oracles in my life, and I am forever grateful to the authors who share their story, their journey, and extraordinary creative expression. Below I highlight one that has made it into my library in the past 6 months. |

A New Science of Heaven is the story of the science of plasma and its revolutionary implications for the way we understand the universe and our place in it. Robert Temple is an independent scholar and an incredibly thought-provoking one. I first came across him and his book, The Sirius Mystery, a few years ago. He is definitely up there in my top favourite authors! His latest book has a chapter titled, The Cold Sun, which reminded me of an image of the sun that my son, Jack, painted last year when he was 8 years old. According to Jack, the sun's center is cold, which he painted blue. With each layer around it, it gets warmer, with the outer layer being very hot. Similarly, Robert Temple explains how the sun gets cooler as you journey deeper into the sun. I read this chapter to Jack just a couple of weeks ago, and his eyes lit up with joy and confidence. These are the moments I live for - teaching my children to connect to their truth, trust their imagination, and tap into infinite wisdom within - regardless of whether anyone out there can validate it. |

I celebrated my 46th cycle around the sun. It has not escaped me that it is a #10 year, that I am wrapping up my 10th year in England, that 10 makes up most of my Soul Plan energies, and that 10 is my favourite number. What does that all mean? Who knows! ;) It just feels exciting. |

My son Ian took up Cello in September, a new instrument for him. He has been playing the violin since last year and loves it. Jack took up the drums in September and is also doing well and learning quickly. Keith and I do not play any instruments, so this is their initiative. They seem to have inherited the musical ear from their great-grandparents! I include Jack's painting of the sun below, a picture of me at the College of Psychic Studies' library (visiting their Creative Spirits Exhibition), and the boys having a bit of fun in London this past weekend on my birthday. |
