Happy First Day of Fall

...and welcome back new and old friends!

Hi friends!!

It's been awhile!  I hope y'all have been well and taking care of yourselves.

 

I am now back in full swing of all things work related.  I took some time away during the summer months to gather myself, put time and energy into recharging my mind and body, learning a few new things, and finishing up a very important project! (Stay tuned for a BIG, BIG announcement coming soon!)

I wanted to take a brief moment to pop in your inbox with two bits of encouragement as we head into a new season; no matter how much you have to do, make sure you focus on and take care of the important things. (YOU being at the core of that!)

 

1. Prioritize.

 

Separate tasks into categories of what is immediate and what can wait.  We all have busy lives, but we can't do it all right now.  Make a plan and work your plan!

 

2. Pace yourself. 

 

Incorporate anti-burnout habits into your daily flow.
