Private Spotlight - SchoolVilla I took admission into a new school, but little did I know that my arrival would stir up a hurricane of affection from the opposite gender. (Thank god it was not the same gender) Among the many admirers was my would be GF who was also new to the school. One fine day, the universe conspired to bring me and her together, at a seminar of ''irresistible temptations.'' While our friends were caught up in a whirlwind of "sasta romance.'' Soon Late-night Insta chats and long phone calls became the norm. However, despite the growing bond, neither of us felt the pang of love. I was content with a FWB arrangement, and she already had a BF who knew about our affair. She was not cheating on me, I had a ‘’no strings attached'' policy but was on her boyfriend. But soon our dirty little secret was caught red-handed at school. Love is blind (So was Helen Keller, but she used more brain than me). So in the end, we chose to sail (well this one did not sink, like Titanic) our separate ways. The chapter closed, leaving behind memories of teenage antics and stolen kisses. ~ Swastik |
