Last week was all about women with the week starting with International Women's Day and ending with Mother's Day!

We have an all women team here at SV so it was great to have the rest of our week filled with content from our expert therapists!

In Fleurs Matwork Monday this week she covered the 'Overhead Reach' 

 

This gentle core exercise is a great shoulder stabiliser and thoracic opener. It can also be used to train or retain rib movements which can be useful following abdominal or chest surgery.
