Taking their 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (and 2 laundry spaces!) private Yale lake view oasis! It's such a funky, cool space and I'm excited to help transform it to it's full potential! |

Maria's Color Pick of the Month Miller Paint's 'Opal of Lauraine' Gah! I couldn't help myself. I saw this deep dark charcoal and I had to use it in our front living room that we almost never use. We took this space from totally boring and beige to moody and inviting. Something about this dark color makes me want to sit in this space! Plus, it makes my plants stand out... that I had to move so Reagan wouldn't get handsy |

HAWAII!!! Curt and Melissa spent the bulk of July in Hawaii working on the house. They got the drywall painted, kitchen cabinets hung, lights installed and trim up! It really makes me want to get over there and get my hands dirty. I cannot wait until it's finished and can make it available to all of our favorite people (YOU!)!!! |

While this will be our family vacation home, we will of course make it available to all of our wonderful customers over the decades (!) who have made us a part of their families. We love you all so much, and are so thankful to call you friends. |

Of course, a Reagan update. She is officially a toddler and gets more and more grown up every day. She is headstrong, independent, and so, so smart. She isn't quite walking but is very close! We celebrated her first birthday on June 29th which is largely why you didn't see a July newsletter. It's a busy time of year! She has 10 teeth as of this writing, and eats like a champ. |
