Novavax received Emergency Use Authorization or EUA approval in the United States for it's COVID-19 vaccine which can now be administered for all aged 12 years and up. Previously Novavax was available only for people 18 years and older.

The United States may soon have another option to use as a COVID-19 booster! Novavax have submitted an application to US regulators applying to use its vaccine as a booster. Currently Novavax can only be administered as a primary series. Novavax is already approved as both a primary series and booster in various other countries.
Moderna's Bivalent Omicron mRNA COVID-19 vaccine has been granted approval for use in the United Kingdom.
