Spring/Summer Session 2020 Newsletter

We have been busy adjusting to life during 2020. Have you been through a whirlwind of changes? So have we! We moved all classes online in March and were able to restart 'hybrid' classes in July. Finally, we could host some 'socially distant' activities!

During the Summer Session, we:

Started hosting 'hybrid' classes in mid-July (some students in the classroom, some students join via Zoom).

Got SO excited to have some physically-distanced events like Yoga in the Park, an outdoor scavenger hunt courtesy of Let's Roam, our bi-weekly game club.

Enjoyed a small End of Session party to celebrate student award winners. Congratulations to Maria Paula, Ali, Carla, Juliana, and Natalia for their Outstanding Effort!

Student Success Stories

Congratulations to three CSE students (Mafer, Prince, and Kazuki) who have recently taken the next step of their educational journey!

Mafer returned to Spain to complete her Masters degree in Psychology.

Kazuki returned to Japan to visit his family before flying to Washington State to pursue his university studies.

Prince received a scholarship to study at McPherson College in Fall 2020.

We will miss them all, but we are so excited to see what they do next. Way to go!

If you are interested in attending a U.S. college, you can utilize our Pathways Program to go straight from CSE to one of our partner colleges, bypassing the TOEFL or IELTS exam. Want to learn more? Click the button below!
