Sledding, Valentine's Day prep, and an unvaccinated NYC visitor.

Hi! NYC and many places in the Northeast had their first real snowstorm of the season. As a kid, my dad used to take my two sisters and me to the golf course for some steep, not crowded sledding. A few years agp, he gave me my own sled, which I thought was unnecessary. But I put it to use yesterday, which led to doodles!

I also have some fun Valentine's Day Cards for everyone. And Sarah Palin visited the Upper East Side (where I now live), so of course, I had to doodle it and do some on-the-ground reporting.

Snow Day in Central Park

The people in my building and neighborhood, which is pretty east of Central Park, skew a little older. So when I grabbed my sled and headed through a storm, I got a lot of encouraging nods. Then I hit the park and get my reality check. It's intimidating out there!

Beware of Sarah Palin

Sarah Palin came to NYC this past week for her trial against the New York Times. She ate at restaurants without being vaccinated, and even after testing positive for COVID. So I made a digital poster and a video tracking her route. This got over 150 comments on reddit!

I finally invested in an iPad, I was drawing with a Samsung Tablet before. I think the quality is much better and I'm loving it. I used it for the Valentine's Day cards, snow day doodles, and Palin poster. Do you see a difference? Please say yes. The iPad was expensive.
