Meet REDC's Newest Team Member: Gail Morin |

REDC is excited to announce Gail Morin is the latest addition to our team, as REDC's Accounting and Grant Coordinator. Gail will be responsible for assisting with accounting and grant management for REDC. Gail was born and raised in Raymond, and lives in Barrington with her husband, three dogs and a cat, on a small farm where they raise chickens, turkeys, pigs, and goats. She is a mother of two, an avid flower gardener, felting artist, and sweater-mitten maker. Gail is also a long time volunteer at the NHSPCA, fostering mother cats and kittens, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and a pony. We are so excited to welcome Gail to the team! |

Trend Moving provides residential and commercial moving services, as well as packing services. They serve the southern NH and northern Massachusetts regions. | | |

Central Fence & Deck REDC is pleased to have recently provided funding to Central Fence & Deck, for the purpose of real estate acquisition and renovations to their location in Hampton Falls, NH. | | |

Monadnock Mills REDC is pleased to provided funding to Monadnock Mills, a real estate entity by Chinburg Properties, who provided the historic rehabilitation of a former 19th century cotton mill in Claremont, NH. This development will create 83 market-rate apartments, which will be critical during the current housing crisis. | | |
