Study confirms SilverSneakers lowers healthcare costs and improves health management

Findings from a study released this week from Avalere Health and Tivity Health showed the total cost of medical care for SilverSneakers participants to be 16% lower than for non-participants and total annual average health expenses among SilverSneakers participants to be $4,463 compared to $5,303 for non-participants.
