Welcome to our Newsletter!
We have now reached end Autumn and our harvest is still in full swing. Yes, time flies and the temperature is still up. Our orchard desperately needs rain and a break from the heat.
Spring & Summer Recap
After our Spring/Summer release we kept one flavour indefinitely on the shelf:
Lemon Gin & Tonic.
This marmalade was such a hit with our customers who thought outside the box. Hop onto our website to find out why.
Autumn Harvest
Over the last 6 weeks we have released our Autumn flavours and working on the Winter release (think Quince). It is never dull here at Naturally Berry and we are constantly creating new flavour combinations – this is something that keeps us going.
The harvest of our tasty raspberries is still bountiful and it’s difficult to not eat them straight from the bush. The Raspberry Jams that come out of them are full of flavour and our bestseller Raspberry Vodka is the purest Raspberry Jam you can experience.
The apples are still hanging on the tree for later processing, but the pear harvest is done and in the glass, with beautiful rich Caramel Pear Butter (see below).
Our New Autumn Flavours
The new and limited flavours we released are Ruby Grapefruit Orange with Vanilla Bean, another beautiful marmalade and Plum Cinnamon, a classic combination for those cold Winter days that scream comfort food. Also new is our Plum Cranberry Chutney, an addition to your dinner table when you just crave that little extra on your meal. So much less sweet than shop-bought ones and also at home on your cheese platter or BBQ table.
Tomato Chutney 2.0
Our Tomato Chutney got a makeover, it is now chunky, thick and full of flavour due to the long, long cooking process it underwent. Balsamic vinegar replaced the ordinary one and brown sugar instead of white. Believe us - it makes a difference.
Elderberries - The natural immune booster
Now is the time to start improving your health to be ready for all those nasty bugs that we can’t avoid. To our Elderberry Syrup we added now Elderberry Mousse.
In any form you take this packed full of antioxidants remedy, it will do you and your kids a world of good. Make a tea out of it, put it on Greek yogurt, on your morning porridge or in your smoothies, you will experience the difference when your system gets the boost from the goodness of Elderberries which are known for hundreds of years for their immune boosting properties.
