May 9th marked 1 year of owning the store, and it's been a busy 1st year!
Below are some before and after photos of a couple of our projects.
We honestly didn't know what we were getting into, we've learned so much and every day I learn something new. Our challenges have ranged from being able to get inventory in the store, to the, sometimes drastic, price increases, or receiving pallets of moldy grain from one of our vendors.
Some of my favorite "wins" are being able to offer the Taste of the Wild and Prey at buy 10 get 1 free, it's so exciting when someone gets their free bag, I love it. Bringing in groomer Camille with Country Style Pet Salon, she has been amazing. This is the link to her Facebook. And improving the smell of the store, I still hear about this all the time. Promise to say something if I ever go nose blind!
When we bought the store Nicole, Hunter and Tyrell stayed on with us. I am so thankful for their experience and knowledge and putting up with me constantly changing my mind about different processes and rearranging......everything. We wish Tyrell the best of luck as he goes on to, as he put it, "adult".
My husband, Gregg, and I have had so much fun getting to know so many of our Sweet Home neighbors! Thank you all for your support.
