To shed more light on this role, we thought why not interview people from other functions, who Product Managers end up collaborating with? Product Management is a highly cross-functional role, and a big part of the role involves leading projects involving many different functions. Their perspective on this role, can be just as insightful, as a Product Manager describing their role directly.
