Welcome to The Queanbeyan Hive Newsletter - Buzz #19

Apology for missed BUZZ newsletters!

I am sorry to all those that have dropped off our email communications since the end of 2019. I just thought you were not reading the newsletters and WIX automatically bumped you off the list!  This week I discovered that the emails can pop up in you email browser, be read by you but still register as unread by the CRM. I have uploaded the links to all past newsletters on our website (under about) and I will from now on also share them to Facebook. If you do not wish to receive them any more please unsubscribe below.

Launching our FRINGE FOLK Festivities with:

Bec Taylor and the Lyrebirds is the alt folk-pop project of Canberra multi-instrumentalist Bec Taylor. After performing in a number of projects over the past decade, including punk-outfit Glitoris and alt-pop quartet Fun Machine, Bec took to writing a juicy new record and is ready to share it with new live band The Lyrebirds. Signed to Buttercup Records before the first single even dropped, her upcoming album is full of alt-folk earworms and restrained pop nuggets.

Lucy Ridge and the Derby Widows are a 7-piece high energy soul and blues band. They are here to zhuzh up your life with their groovalicious sound, so get ready for a good (and loud) time.
