April 21, 2020 Greetings: I hate cliches and party lines. OK, my threshold for lack of imagination is low. Many cliches and party lines such as “We are all in this together” are not incorrect or untrue. They are just rehashed drinking of the Kool-aid party line. You can see how sequestering has brought my irritants to the surface. On the other hand, I do applaud those folks who are offering creative, imaginative, and innovative ideas and solutions for everything under the sun. This is the time to think outside the box (how about that cliche?). Now is the time to reveal your true genius. The old world no longer exists. You are not plugged in to the way things were. We are free to live, speak, act, create in new ways. This is a time of freedom. Don’t scramble back to what you once considered safety. It’s not safe anymore. It’s good not to be safe. It means freedom to soar. Do it! Below are some recommended life coaches who will help you discover your genius. Lynn LaFroth, digital editor Dee LaFroth, sales director www.esswellness.com |

Article: The Time for a Spiritual Revolution is NOW By Craig Kolavo |
As I sat on the floor in my closet, unpacking boxes of dusty journals and notebooks I’d collected over the past 20 plus years, the task at hand seemed overwhelming. How do I organize all of these life experiences into a coherent story? How do I put these events into a clear, chronological order for my kids to understand? You see, I had no plans to write a book. My original intention for writing was simple and somewhat selfish. I was hoping to explain to my children some of the discoveries I’ve made on this crazy adventure of life. Maybe all parents feel this way at some point. Why should my kids have to experience the same struggles, pain, and suffering I’ve been through? I know stuff! They can learn from my mistakes. | | |
