Hey everyone Sorry for the lack of update last week. The extended power cuts and evening outages made it rather difficult, but we're back now! Thanks again to everyone who gave us feedback on the newsletter. We've listened and tried to make some relevant changes. We've kept the feedback form open so do please take a minute, click a few boxes in this form and help our weekly new evolve for the better! After a relatively quiet week for events and an even quieter, stay-at-home weekend, it's remaining rather quiet this week but there's a few events restarting. We've found a few new deals, a couple of changed offers and of course music - though many places have been slow to announce what's on this weekend. Enjoy the rest of the week, keep safe, stay well! |

Live Music and DJs This weekend seems a bit quiet after the musical extravaganzas of the past weeks. There's no big live music festival and many of the venues have still not yet announced their gigs for the weekend and even the ones that we know about may be uncertain. We keep our Live Music page up to date with all the gigs that we know of and it is updated daily. Some highlights of the gigs that are planned for Friday include Black back at Curve Bar after some time. Footprints on the Moon will be at The Joint, Cold Sweat will be at SunsetBlu and Daria at Allstar. on Saturday, Aquarius will be at Curve Bar, and OiC at SunsetBlu. As for EDM and DJ music, the big news this week is the soft opening of Zouk, a new nightclub, and they have a great line up of DJs for the occasion: on Friday. Lady Marris, Just:Because, Dr Green, Haranya, Ludispex and Binu on sax. On Saturday, they have Berry Linn, Davis Machin, BabeOnDaBeat, Sushan and Ludispex. They are open from 6.00pm, Other than that, it's Thirsty Thursday at the Travelling Bruncher with DJ Henricus and, if you bring your protest placards, you'll get a soft drink and portion of fries on the house. Meanwhile DJ Trev D will be at Re.pub.lk. And on Friday, it's retro night at Butlers with Nick and Kapila, and on Saturday it's progressive ride with Waya at Bro Club. | | |
