Eating should be a neutral, pleasant, even fun experience. But for many of us, we agonize over what we eat, how much we eat, even when we eat. How can something so necessary bring so much complication to our lives?
I have been practicing Intuitive Eating since 2019 and it's a practice I want to bring to you. IE has helped me to connect to my body, appreciate when my body is full, stop the inner food critic, and appreciate my body rather than feel ashamed about my body.
