2021 Newsletter!

We can feel Spring coming... It's just around the corner!

 

Our little girls can't wait to say goodbye to snow pants and toques and hello to shorts and t-shirts!  Jade actually wore shorts over her pants the other day because waiting has been unbearable!  

 

Jake is super grateful for the busy start to 2021 😃

Here’s the latest update from Jake!:

 

Wow, what a start to January 2021! 

It has been "hair straight back", as I like to say.

 

There have been big changes compared to this time last year.  House values have significantly increased and the competition for buyers has gone into overdrive. 

 

Right now there is a strong demand, and many of the sales coming through are being sold at well over list price (even homes in the 700-800k price range).

 

This busy market seemed to pick up the second week of January.  I knew things were starting to change when an agent told me he had 25 showings in one day and the property received 8 offers, only to sell it 3 days later for $21,000 over list price! Lucky for the seller 😉
