CATCHing Up

Here's what we've been up to lately!

On behalf of all the staff and volunteers at CATCH and Alliance Asset Management, we hope you are all doing well! Our offices remain closed to the public as we continue to put the health and safety of our staff and residents as our top priority.

While we continue to work in and out of the office we remain focused on providing safe, affordable homes for those in our community. Staff continue to update our resource guides to best support our residents with their financial challenges, including the Governor's Housing Relief Fund which provides one-time grants to support rent payments. Additionally, our Resident Services Coordinators have been keeping in touch with our residents and providing innovative resources like the Fresh Mobile Market (see below) to bring fresh produce, safely, directly to our communities. Our focus remains on the success of our residents and we are grateful for these opportunities to support them.

As we continue to navigate our new and ever-changing circumstances, we are grateful to you for your outpouring of support and dedication to our mission. Thank you!

- The team at CATCH and Alliance

An exciting new program that our Resident Services Coordinator, Jocelyne, has put together is monthly visits by the Fresh Mobile Market! We had our first visit in June, and Friedman Court I and II are now on the monthly rotation to have access to fresh fruits and vegetables, and occasionally local honey and maple syrup. So far our residents are loving this opportunity for fresh produce without visiting the grocery store!

HOMEteam is still available for one-on-one virtual counseling and online first-time homebuyer seminars! If you are looking to connect to these resources visit their website or reach out to Paul and the HOMEteam staff at 603-626-4663!

Some good news!

If you're anything like us, you've been looking for good news throughout the internet and local news stories. We're big fans of John Krasinski's YouTube series called "Some Good News" so we thought we would share some of our own good news from the CATCH community!

We want to give a big shout-out to Steadfast Spirits Distillery for their amazing donation of homemade hand sanitizer for our staff! As a new business in Concord we appreciate their dedication to our nonprofits and making us safer!

Our staff spotlight this month is Marie Poole! Marie's first day with the CATCH and Alliance team was July 13th as she began her role as Managing Director of Alliance. Read the article below to learn more about Marie and her role!

As we continue navigating the support from various state and national sources, we wanted to especially thank Randy and James from Merrimack County Savings Bank for being true partners and helping us quickly submit a successful application for the PPP loans for CATCH and Alliance! MCSB has been a longtime supporter of CATCH and we truly appreciate their support of our mission.

The Junior Service League of Concord made a generous contribution of $1,500 to CATCH in support of the women and girls who live in CATCH communities. We are incredibly grateful to this 100% volunteer-run organization and thank them for their support of our residents!

Congrats, Ken!
