Happy almost May day!

Hopefully you'll be having more of a sweet "May day flowers" kind of day rather than a Mayday-mayday whirlwind!

When the weather cooperates, I'm trying to decompress by spending time out in my little garden. I miss having my Mom available for troubleshooting. I had to resort to texting a friend last weekend to help me diagnose weed vs. tenacious flower. 🤪 I haven't been to a garden center, so I'm allowing my perennials to show off ALL they've got and spread out in their containers. They're filling out so much, I may get to skip the annuals this year?

I'm enjoying the final weeks of these pansies before the weather gets too hot for them, yet also welcoming the first blossoms of my climatis vine. We're caught between seasons and holding onto both loosely 'cuz spring is a finicky guest around here!
