Aspen Grove has spent the past few months extensively researching environmentally friendly products, local trades and green technology, bringing you the best price point while hitting our sustainability and energy efficiency goals. This month our team has attended a green solutions conference, had introductions to all sorts of 'green' building materials and met with various building professionals on and off site. Aspen Grove is pleased to announce a customized purchase package with each unit, allowing the buyer to tailor their home as they please. Our clients can upgrade elements of their home, such as adding locally sourced and milled douglas fir flooring or a wide variety of ecologically labelled engineered wood floors, a customized lighting package or premium appliance package. Each purchase will also include four hours of time with a local interior designer, advising on how to achieve the desired aesthetics of your home. While our technical details are coming together, we anticipate offering our pricing package and accepting deposits in January. Black Jack trails are one of the communities favourite with around 40km of expertly groomed trails for both classic skiing and skate skiing, a 2.5km lit night-skiing loop, terrain park for kids and even a doggy loop! Last but not least, we wanted to touch upon the Rossland Range cabins. Accessible by cross-country ski or snow shoe, stunning views and dog friendly these cabins provide a great place to warm up and offer a more challenging adventure.
