There is no good time to start healing. Things won’t happen when they’re convenient for you. There’s no perfect time to start a new habit, no perfect time to begin a self care journey, nor the perfect time to jump back into something you’ve been meaning to. All there is, is time. It will pass anyways. Whether we choose to fill that time with things that will build us up or not, is up to us. Now don’t get me wrong, there are certainly times where we’re not ready for something, BUT, are you perhaps ready for the step that will lead you to being ready for the next one? Every journey takes time. Every journey has steps. What have you done today to propel yourself towards your goals? When it comes to our mental and physical health, the time, the chaos, the events and communication will happen anyway. Your body and mind will continue communicating with you, no matter what. The question is, will you choose to listen to it or not? It might not be convenient, but it sure as hell will make you stronger, and get you closer if you do. |

(left) Send out some more Poshmark orders yesterday! Not only am I a fan of secondhand clothing, but I am using 100% up-cycled/reclaimed shipping materials as well! That way I can have the lowest impact on the planet possible. (right) I was SO stoked to interview Stephanie of @ilovezerowaste all about zero waste parenting this week! Look out for it on Patreon this Monday and on all other podcast platforms the week after! |

a vegan x zero waste Q&A with my friend, Summer! From all the question's y'all sent in on instagram! I thought it was so interesting that we each have different answers/solutions to each of these questions, even though we both live in the same city and both live a similar zero waste vegan lifestyle. I think that goes to show that there are so many wonderful ways to live an intentional life, and that means there's certainly hope that you'll find a solution that works for your lifestyle if you haven't yet! Living intentionally can be both abundant, freeing, and a means of getting to know yourself and your needs on an even deeper level. |   | |

(left/middle): my new secondhand hat! I found it on Depop, and whenever I order secondhand online, I make sure to leave a note with my order kindly asking them to repurpose old materials to ship in. She repurposed an old paper box! (right): using my DIY goo-gone to take the sticky residue off of some old jars! You can find the recipe on instagram HERE. |

|   | Unpaste Toothpaste I haven't been able to stop thinking about how curious I am to try tooth tabs/unpaste! Way more sustainable than the metal tube paste I've been using, and even if I don't love them for daily use (but I'm sure I would), they're INCREDIBLE for travel! And they come without a tube! i.e. less waste and zero plastic! Yay for mama earth! And they're pretty inexpensive too! |   | |
