Giving Tuesday & The Adoption Council of Canada This year we are participating in #GivingTuesday to help prevent the 30,000 children and youth waiting for forever families from aging out of foster and group care without a lifelong connection to at least one safe, loving and supportive adult. Help us ensure the success of our initiatives to support all children and youth in and from government care, and support adoptive families across Canada. Be part of something BIG! DONATE NOW |

Connect-A-Kid Ottawa Pumpkins and a scavenger hunt at the Ottawa Experimental Farm! Comments from the event: "Thank you again for hosting Connect-A-Kid! Our 8 year old son Ben had, in his words, “not a good time, Daddy, an AWESOME time!” He’s always loved the Agriculture Museum, so having a scavenger hunt in some of the buildings and seeing the animals again was a blast. He also mentioned to me how “it was neat that the other kids were adopted too!” The teddy bear that he got in the scavenger hunt is now one of his favorite stuffies, and he’s looking forward to the next Connect-A-Kid event."
