Hello November!

Happy November, Dance Families! October was full of fun, with our Mom’s Pantry Fundraiser, selection of our 2024 Performance Team, and of course, wrapping up with our super fun Halloween Week.

Speaking of Halloween week, swing over to our Facebook Album and show some love to our dancers who dressed up for class this year. There were so many great costumes! All dancers who participated were entered into our Halloween prize giveaway. Congrats to Lania W. in Pre-Jr who won our giveaway goodie bag!

For dance families who participated in our Mom’s Pantry fundraiser, we’ll let you know as soon as we have a delivery date from Mom’s Pantry.

Looking into November, we’d like to remind all dance families that there are no classes on Saturday November 11 (Remembrance Day). Read on in this eNews for more information on the exciting things happening at the studio this month.

Kernels Fundraiser
November 1st-13th

It’s time for another delicious fundraiser - Kernels Popcorn. Great for stocking stuffers and holiday treats! The cost of each bag is $3.00, and with each bag ordered you also get a coupon for a “Buy one medium bag, get one free”. The funds raised through this fundraiser help us keep our program costs down for all dancers.

Orders can be paid for by cash only. All order forms and money need to be turned in to the studio office by Monday November 13 at 8pm.

Please note: It takes Kernels 1-2 weeks to complete the order. Dance families who participate in the fundraiser will be notified of the delivery day once we get confirmation from Kernels.

You can print off the order form below or swing by the studio office to get a paper copy.

Bothwell Cheese Fundraiser
November 13th-27th

Following our popcorn fundraiser, we’ll be running our Bothwell Cheese fundraiser - just in time for holiday entertaining. Who doesn’t love a good holiday cheese plate, right?! The funds raised through this fundraiser help us keep our program costs down for all dancers.

Orders can be paid for by cash only. All order forms and money need to be turned in to the studio office by Monday November 27 at 8pm.

Please note: It takes Bothwell 1-2 weeks to complete the order. Dancers who participate in the fundraiser will be notified of the delivery day once we get confirmation from Bothwell.

Performance Team Update

Congratulations to the dancers selected to the 2024 Elite Performance Team. Reminder that all regular elite classes begin November 1st. Solo/Duet/Trio dancers, please refer to your Performance Team Invite for details on your rehearsal schedule for those dances.

Fee Payments

Dance Families on the monthly payment option will be invoiced on the 1st of each month from October to May. Fees can be paid by cash, cheque, etransfer to info@maplesdance.com, or credit card. Fees in arrears after the 7th of the month will be charged a $5 late fee.

Never miss a payment - submit post-dated cheques or sign up for our pre-authorized credit card payment by filling out the form linked below and returning it to the studio office (forms are also available in the office).
