Let's De-Stress

October 30th – 10:30am to 12:30pm at Our Global Family Farm

Plant Allies for Stress and Anxiety in person workshop

Join us for a seminar on working with plants to deal with stress and anxiety that will include both group and individual practices. We will first have a garden tour as we acquaint ourselves with individual plant allies that we'll be working with, followed by a plant smudging purification ceremony. We will then formulate tailored tea formulas that are individually optimized; drink our tea; then work with acupressure points and a stress-reducing essential oil blend, as well as grounding techniques to alleviate stress. Plants that we will work with include: lavender, rosemary, lemon balm, mint, verbena, mugwort, rose, and others. Participants will receive a customized tea blend and topical essential oil blend.

Cost: $25

Pre-registration required by 10/28 by contacting Jean Johnson - jeaniesquared@yahoo.com
