Hello Falcon Pointe Residents,
Day one of the 2020 Pool Season has come to a close. We hope everyone that was able to partake enjoyed the day. Overall it was a success; the key fob system worked as designed with a couple of learning opportunities.
We are so excited to have this great amenity open for the season and available to the residents of Falcon Pointe. To maintain our positive trend, we need each of you to do your part.
Important Reminders of items we saw today:
1. Adhere to the pool rules, including the Knox County Health Department rules and regulations.
- Social Distancing not being practiced
- Residents leaving without wiping down furniture after use
- Residents moving furniture out of it staged area and or trying to add furniture to a space.
2. Each fob swipe for entry is recorded, and the front gate must be shut in between swipes. Every person entering the gate from your fob swipe will be considered your guest and responsibility.
- Opening gate using another resident's key fob or piggybacking off another resident.
- Residents were holding the gate open.
3. Residents must use their key fob to enter and to exit the pool area. An emergency release button is available and is located next to the pool maintenance door and is on a timer.
- TO ENTER: Touch key fob to access pad, then pull up on the latch to enter.
- To EXIT: Touch key fob to access pad or press the emergency release button and then pull on the latch that is located on the outside of the gate to exit.
4. Questions or assitance regarding key fobs should be directed to andy@fennellpm.com
Stay safe and have fun!
