Seeking Coordinating Body Members

The WREN is led by a diverse team called a Coordinating Body that is composed of at least 51% K-12 teachers. We strive to have a Coordinating Body that is racially, ethnically, culturally, and/or linguistically diverse, and reflective of our region's educators and students. Our team benefits greatly from including novice educators in their first three years of teaching.

We have open seats for:

  • Educators from Central Linn, Harrisburg, Monroe, or Scio SDs;

  • Representative from a non-profit or philanthropic organization;

  • Representative from the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians

Lane AABSS recognizes that many winter holidays will be discussed and celebrated in the coming weeks as a way of honoring the diversity in our communities and schools. We would like to provide FREE materials and resources to parents as well as educators to share with youth in Lane County. To receive these materials we ask that you complete the form and feel free to share it with other educators and parents alike. If you received materials last year for Kwanzaa from us, there would be some duplication.
