Hello Beautiful Ones! Since I stepped back from social media, I feel beautifully relaxed. Yet, I realise that it might be wonderful to have a fuller check in and let you know what I've been up to in my world. How's your Spirit? I'll admit, I have adopted that question from Sonia Choquette and her family, because it feels so good to me. my Spirit? Full. I am very full. I am full with satisfaction, ease, peace, trust and steadiness. I am full with togetherness. I am full with fun. And as I write this, I am also full of coffee. How is your Spirit today? Where I'm Investing my Time My time is precious and blessed and I know I have to consciously choose where I want to invest it. Currently, it is being given to and enriched by a few key areas. Into my emotional stability. I put a lot of time into the spaces and places that support me in feeling balanced, stable and connected. That looks like good morning routines, decent amounts of sleep, fresh air, delicious food, weekly therapy, togetherness and connection. My spiritual connection. I acknowledge how much of my emotional stability is entwined with my spiritual connection so I am really prioritising feeling plugged in. My work with Spirit. I love working with Spirit and sharing in those sacred spaces with other people and their lives. It's a joy and an honour. It is my dream come true and I feel deeply blessed to be able to do it throughout the week. My number 1 priority - my people. My togetherness with them is everything. It is my food, my fuel, my healing, my joy, my inspiration, my aliveness, my home.
What have I been up to? We have been having a lot of fun over here. A good balance between fulfilling downtime and invigorating adventure. Here are just a few things I've been up to... Walks out in the Autumnal air, amongst all the changing trees, it is divine! We went to Wembley to watch the England vs USA match. So much fun! Just a super great day together. And we won! Spending time with my Mum, going for lunches and we went to see Mrs Harris Goes to Paris last week, loved it. Lunches with my sisters, including a special 1980s themed tea which was awesome. Having lunches apparently. I do love lunches out though. I have been enjoying lunches 'out there' but dinners 'in here' because I am still cooking, one of my greatest passions and most loyal love languages, most days in the week. We are watching The Great British Bake Off every Tuesday night and are, as always, loving it. My daughter and I went to local apple fayre. It's an annual thing and we go most years. It always fills my heart. It also fills my car up - with apples. We came home with so many that it is currently apple month in the Bake Off house. Apple themed cakes are in abundance round here. Watching late sunrises and early sunsets - I am sure this is what Heaven on Earth is.
So that's little of what's going on in my world. What's going on in yours? I always love to hear from you, so feel free to shoot me an email with an update and of course, you're always welcome to book in some time with me.
I will come to check in with you all again soon but for now, let me hold you in allll the love I've got for you and wish you the most wonderful of wonderful week's ahead. xxx |

Message of the Week: I've been tuning in with Spirit this morning and there's definitely messages about Beauty coming through. I've been noticing a lot of beauty out in the world and focusing on it really does raise the vibrations! What beauty can you see and feel today? It might sound crazy, but I also am picking up on messages about clothing, what we wear, getting dressed up and noticing what differences it makes to how we feel. It works wonders to raise those vibes. Which is why I've had a bath, done my hair and spritzed on some perfume this morning! How can beauty - the beauty of life, the beauty of others and your beauty, both inside and out - lead the way this week? |
