Exciting News from Our Criminal Justice Program!

We are thrilled to announce Sabot’s recent contract award with the Nevada Department of Corrections (NDOC). In compliance with recent legislation (i.e., AB452), and through a competitive procurement process, the NDOC selected Sabot Consulting to establish and operate Nevada’s first independent Office of the Ombudsperson. This office will operate impartially to investigate grievances and suggest enhancements to NDOC policies, procedures, and practices.  Sabot’s work is expected to identify systemic issues and optimizations and make recommendations to reduce the likelihood of actions that negatively impact offenders' health, safety, welfare, and rehabilitation.

Since joining on September 11, 2014, Linda has made an incredible impact on Sabot, particularly through her extensive work at the Department of Health Care Services.

Over the past decade, Linda has consistently delivered outstanding business analysis services across various contracts, showcasing her deep expertise and commitment to our mission. Currently, as a Subject Matter Expert in Health Information Standards and Practices within the Enterprise Data and Information Management team, she continues to leverage her 30 years of experience in healthcare IT. Her guidance on data exchange initiatives is invaluable to our client's success.
