TULIPS! Welcome to May! These beautiful tulips adorned my table for a while, but I have a bigger goal to one day take a road trip to our own Holland, Michigan to see their grand display during the Tulip Festival! I hear it's fabulous! |

In April, we egged Macomb County Care House with much needed pantry supplies to help the children in their care. We supplied cereal, fruit pouches, diapers, wipes, mac n cheese, playdoh, paints, and band-aids! This organization’s mission is to “prevent and reduce the incidence and trauma of child sexual and physical abuse in Macomb County, Michigan.” They have helped nearly 10,000 children and provide crucial and essential programs and therapy. |

WHERE ARE THE EGGS THIS MONTH? (Book 2, Chapter 9) May - Italy (YAY - my favorite place!) Reggie awoke to the captain’s voice as the plane was landing in Italy. They were all excited to be there, especially since the Eggs found out Peggy was going to meet them in Rome. Benedict, however, found out he had to leave after his time in Italy, which made him sad, but he decided to make the best of it and not tell his friends until it was time for him to go home. |

The time spent in Italy was filled with history, culture and food! The Eggs visited the Coliseum, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and the beautiful city of Venice, which was a near disaster as Benedict fell into the water! Luckily, he was saved by the gondolier. |

The Good Eggs with Ms. Poach video series will be airing this month on The Michigan Learning Channel. In addition, they have asked us for 90-second parent segments, appropriately named Over Easy with Ms. Poach, which will accompany the video series! |
