Meet Komal Preet Class 7 student, KPS Convent School, Delhi "I used to eat [chips] packets daily without any limit. When my Foodshaala teacher Ms. Purnima explained that we should check the packets before eating and the way she explained everything was my favourite part of school." "Earlier, I never checked the packet (e.g. Kurkure chips) before eating. I used to eat packets daily without any limit. I thought my parents don't want to spend money, so that's the reason they don't want me to eat all my favourite things. |

When my Foodshaala teacher Ms. Purnima explained that we should check the packets before eating and the way she explained everything was my favourite part of school. She busted all the myths. Now I have a habit of everything my teacher explained me to do. Being physically and mentally healthy enables you to have better all over health. We only get one body, so we should take care of it." |
