How to Have an Open Heart in 2023

Welcome to the Year of the Rabbit!

According to Chinese Lunar Astrology, this is the time to nourish our bodies and spirits, and heal the adrenals and nervous system. When we are well-nourished and the Qi is flowing smoothly, the heart can open, allowing us to explore creative desires, and experience more JOY and LOVE in daily Life!

What is an "Open Heart"?

"If you are interested in opening the petals of your (Heart) to uncover the Jewel Within, you must do some form of inner plane work on yourself. You must learn how to Still your chaotic mind."

-Dr. Mikio Sankey

In our modern, Western world we often refer to an "Open" Heart as a Loving Heart. In order to feel Loved and give Love, we need adequate resources of Yin, Qi, and Blood circulating through our actual Heart organ.

When we slow down, our Yin begins to pool and accumulate again.

When we breathe deeply and take walks we move the Qi of the Heart and Liver.

And when we nourish ourselves with the right minerals, nutrient-rich foods, and herbs, we build our Blood.
