Tri-State Organizations

United Way 211 - Dial 211 to speak to a trained professional who can connect you to essential community services. Their certified information and referral specialists are trained to listen, engage, ask questions, assess your needs and connect you to a community resource from their large database of local providers. They serve the following areas: Adams, Brown, Hamilton and Clermont Counties in Ohio; Boone, Kenton, Campbell and Grant counties in Kentucky.

Lindner Center of HOPE - A wide range of mental health services and treatments in an atmosphere that promotes long-term healing, since 2008, Lindner Center of HOPE has served as a lifeline to tens of thousands who’ve faced the struggle of mental illness or addiction.

YWCA (Hamilton, Montgomery, Clermont, Adams and Brown Counties)- Domestic violence intervention and prevention with a focus on affordable housing, civil rights, pay equity, anti-racism, health care reform and voting rights.

EmpowHer & Move - A leadership development and fitness summer program for high-school girls who live in Anderson Township and Newtown, OH. Participants embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, leadership empowerment, friendship and physical and mental fitness!

 

Tristate Trauma Network - Offers high-quality training to service-industry professionals on trauma-responsive care and educating the public on how trauma plays a crucial role in our emotions,

behaviors, and ultimately, our futures.

Lighthouse Youth & Family Services - Mental health services, including same-day assessments, as well as youth housing, emergency shelter, community juvenile justice services, residential treatment, and foster care and adoption for children 0-24.

 

NYAP (National Youth Advocate Program) - Opportunities and resources to youth and families, support and guidance for foster parents.

Walleyes for Wounded Heroes - Provides opportunities for veterans and active duty military, as well as first responders (EMS, police and fire) who have experienced PTSD to fish and reconnect with nature’s healing properties. Charter captains and private boat owners take the fishers walleye fishing for a 4-day event annually during the last week of June at no charge. W4WH provides lodging, meals, entertainment, and transportation around Port Clinton, Ohio and nearby areas. Open to those in all 50 states with or without referral.

Heroes On The Water - Heroes on the Water supports veterans, first responders and their families by creating a peaceful environment for healing. Their mission is to provide wellness and community to our heroes and their families through kayak fishing and the outdoors.

Awakened Mom Life Healing Academy - Awakened Mom Life offers women support, education, and resources to help them heal the effects of complex trauma wounds. Our goal is to guide mothers (and future mothers) to heal from and break generational trauma cycles.
