Fall in Love with Fitness this Autumn

It's been a busy month this month with classes, charity coffee and cake and my first ever Pilates & Wellness Day.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the Macmillan Coffee Morning. We raised £281 and I'm looking to get that matched by my corporate client. A fantastic achievement, thank you.

On Saturday 15th October we had a lovely time at the Pilates & Wellness Day. It was a slow-paced day, we moved, we breathed, we chatted and ate some amazing food.

If you'd like to be added on the list for the next event, just message me.

Bookings are now open for the next block of classes. Classes start again the week beginning Monday 31st October, it is a 7 week block, £52.50 per person.

Booking is essential so be quick to secure your place.
