Join us for 3D creations with cardboard, foam core, and recycled objects. We might even use spray paint! Kicking off the first week, enrolled students will brainstorm and select a theme for Club Create. We’ll make things never before seen and old favorites. There will be a focus on the best attachment strategies for a variety of materials. And, we’ll try something new called Tantamounter.

Club Imagination Safari

Thursdays 9am-11am

Starts July 9

Age: K-2nd grade

$120 includes materials

Instructor: Rachel Muris

Join us on an imagination safari and meet all kinds of mammals, birds, amphibians, insects and more! We’ll learn a little about real animals, like why a squirrel is not a bird or how to tell the difference between a newt and a lizard, and then use art to make our own animal creations. We’ll start each day with an animal show and tell, share some group drawing activities, and finish with a work of art. All you need are your favorite art materials and your imaginary safari hat, so come meet us online for a virtual adventure.
