NOVEMBER NEWSLETTER

I've spent most of the last month ordering endless USB sticks and badges and making bookmarks. A massive thank you to everyone that has bought one of these so far - I didn't expect them to be quite so popular! The link is here for anyone that is interested in buying one.

I've updated the transformations of graphs lesson so there's more included. Find it here. Bear in mind that this includes stretches, which is no longer assessed at GCSE.

As well as…

Christmas!

A selection of festive activities including two PixiMaths Christmas Quizes - the original GCSE quiz and a new one for A Level!

Website of the Month: Integral

Since embarking on the MEI Teaching Advance Maths course, I've started using the Integral resources more and more in my A Level teaching. They're great for supporting Dave Hewitt's idea of necessary and arbitrary maths as they are largely aimed at discovery learning. Lots of resources are available for free, but the subscription is also brilliant value for money.
