Greetings to all!

Here in the Northern Hemisphere, summer is almost upon us and I am personally loving the trees, bushes and grasses becoming green again, and I hear constant birdsong all day! (I think they’re happy too:) It’s certainly a time to open more doors and windows, letting fresh air and sunnier skies in. It’s a good chance to clear out clutter from your home; donate or sell things you no longer need or use. And of course physically cleaning the home is important, dirt attracts lower energies. We are all energy and are surrounded by energy. A table or an apple just vibrates at a different frequency than we do. You may want to have a peek at a back issue where I speak of energetic self care which is always important, but this is also a good time to be clear about your intentions and desires. This is a period of incredible manifestation so be very conscious of what you’re asking for from the Universe. You can get clear with lists, vision boards, journaling, or whatever method resonates with you. Whatever you focus on, you attract more of the same so stay positive and optimistic!

Clearing and Unblocking your Solar Plexus Chakra

The Solar Plexus Chakra, commonly known as the power center. This is the third chakra to develop as a child, where the instinctual states of the lower two chakras start to come under conscious control, signaling the emergence of the conscious self and the awakening of the ego. This is the formation of the personal ego identity, focused on self-definition. It is our sense of identity, personality and personal power and will. By adulthood, this chakra is the storage house for the judgements, opinions and beliefs we have gathered about ourselves and the world. These judgments affect our self-esteem and self-confidence. Imbalances can manifest as excessive control, authority and manipulation over your environment and people. Deficient or blocked solar plexus chakras can cause feelings of helplessness, low self esteem, lack of clear direction, purpose, or ambition. The main function of this energy center is to provide actual momentum to move forward and realize personal desires and intentions in the world. It plays a fundamental role in the development of personal power.

How to Bring Angels into Your Daily Life

This is a two hour zoom workshop where we’ll discuss the different kinds of Angels and how we can establish communication with them to help us with our daily lives. From healing, career, animals, family, love, personal growth, the Angels are here to help but cannot interfere with our lives unless we ask. We’ll be doing meditations and activations to open up your energy to the angelic realm and meet your guardian angel. For some who’ve done a workshop with me previously, this may be a review or a beginner level for you, but I was given the message to share this information once again so we can all bring in more light to the Earth. This day is also the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year with the most sunlight pouring down on Earth. A beautiful way to welcome in the light!

Clarification

I apologize for any confusion, as I've been requested to clarify the difference between two of my programs; Mentorship and Spiritual Supercharger. The Mentorship is a ten week program where I hold space for your journey and progression, guiding you with what you specifically need in accordance with your goals. Each program is tailored to the individual and can combine healings, clearings, readings, meditation, visualization, mediumship or just a safe environment to share. We are always assisted by your spiritual team within the program. The Spiritual Supercharger is a discounted package of five sessions from the services I offer. It could be all healing, or all readings, or a clearing and mediumship, that is up to you. These five hour long sessions are to take place within four consecutive months.
