Dear Dakini’s Whisper friends,
Through Dakini’s Whisper, I have joyfully joined other wandering yogis and yoginis on a pilgrimage into the wilderness of our hearts, bodies, speech, and mind. After years of steady studying and practicing the Dharma on and off the cushion, the multi-dimensionality of Dakini’s Whisper and Khandro-la’s programs, teachings, and practices is leading me directly into the arms of the Great Mother Prajnaparamita. Accompanied by the energies of the Five Dakinis, inspired by the legacy of Machik Labdron, and all inseparable from the Great Mother, I am glimpsing and touching an unlimited capacity for the union of emptiness and compassion.
As a novice Vajrayana student, I have only recently begun practicing sadhanas, recitations, and created my personal shrine with daily offerings. These have moved me to a deep awareness of the bottomless unlimited potential for generosity – materially, mentally, emotionally, spiritually.
The Five Dakini’s Retreat with its recitations, Cho Sadhana, Subtle Body Training and October’s Cho-Inspired Celebration of Halloween stir and warm energies that have been dormant and dull. Surprisingly, I find myself smiling at my gods and demons. The fearlessness stuns me! (I know, watch out for that “devil of exaltation”.)
Tenderly honoring new relationships through Dakinis Whisper, I have been encouraged to know I am not alone in thinking that my path to realizing my true nature and “never stirring from bodhicitta” has been at quite the snails’ pace.
Dakini’s Whisper November opportunities invite us to deepen and widen our paths.
Come, see what speaks to your journey.
Gratefully,
Ellen Green
