Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light

for fear that their deeds will be exposed.

Now is the time for us to expose these crimes. We have so many good things going on we should be working all sources and using them. 

WHY ARE WE FIGHTING WE ON THE SAME SIDE

a person who carries out a harmful, illegal, or immoral act.

"The perpetrators of this horrific crime must be brought to justice"

I believe we are all trying to expose these crimes and put their perps in jail are we not?

Then why all this fighting?

Will it help us win our fight in any way?

Does it make you feel better fighting with others while you are being tested or torture?

Does the fight have any positive effect on your life?

WE ARE STRONGER WORKING TOGETHER

Should we not all be working together and form a collective that works together for our common goals so we can win this fight.

What constitutes torture?

"[T]he term 'torture' means any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person for such purposes as obtaining from him or a third person information or a confession, punishing him for an act he or a third person has committed or is suspected of having committed, or intimidating or coercing him or a third person, or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain or suffering is inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of a public official or other person acting in an official capacity. It does not include pain or suffering arising only from, inherent in or incidental to lawful sanctions." — Convention against Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (1984, art. 1, para.1)

DOCUMENT THESE CRIMES

99% of Targeted Individuals are not documenting. There will be a time soon when you will need documentation so we can put these criminals in jail. We need to document so when the time comes we have our documentation to show what has been done to us. So please everyone document even if it is just a journal. I will putt something to gether so people will know how I go about it.

We Are looking for people in the Portland, Oregon area join the fight. 5 people to form a group to do presentations to different groups. We will design and make many different presentations so of TI's can form groups and use them to present and address these crimes in their area. The group will hopefully meet once a week to work on these.

Also, we are looking for reporters, doctors, lawyers, or people from any profession or industry that can help out if the fight against these crimes. 

If you think you are one of these people you will need to have a good drive to stay motivated for the fight and a person that does not give up easily.

GET INVOVLED PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

     Remember as new people come forward and new info comes out we still need to work on PUBLIC AWARENESS. Over the last 12 years we have worked on many different avenues. After talking with authorities they have all said and leaders in TARGETED INDIVIDUAL community that educating the public/everyone is a must to WIN. It is imperative that we all work on this. Campaign will >

•   Bring crime into the light so public will be aware of what is hidden from them - THESE CRIMES
• Find other victims (They can get help and support to better their future)
• Will help in other whistle-blowers to come forward
• Once awareness gets to a higher  level (30%) the authorities (Not part of the problem) that are aware of these crimes will have support to come forward and help us in our fight.
• Others like senators, congress man, mayors, city council, state representatives, etc..

ONLY the people of this world can put the pressure on the governments to stop these crimes.

Data collection is a component of research in all fields of study including physical and social sciences, humanities, and business. While methods vary by discipline, the emphasis on ensuring accurate and honest collection remains the same. The goal for all data collection is to capture quality evidence that allows analysis to lead to the formulation of convincing and credible answers to the questions that have been posed.
