Welcome to the June edition of the Sole Buddies newsletter, I hope that you are all well!

 

What's new: At the end of January, we finally took the plunge and moved to the Central Coast, here at Umina Beach. Which for me has meant that life has been very busy. Apart from offering Corporate Chair Massage everything else had to be put on hold whilst I set up our new home and our girls into their new school and environment.

 

This has meant though having to say goodbye to some of my long time and very loyal clients. I want to thank you all for your continued support and wish you well. I hope you’re staying safe during this very wet and windy weather that we’ve been having recently.

 

So here I am embarking on a new journey, where I’m very excited and looking forward to meeting new clients. Furthermore, I'm pleased to announce that I'm all set up and ready to go. In home visits also available.

 

So, if any of you know anyone here at the coast, I would be ever so grateful if you could please spread the word.

These points are to be held with a light, steady pressure for 1 to 3 minutes. Acupressure most commonly uses the fingers to massage slowly, rub, and stimulate the pressure points until you feel a pulse in your fingers.

 

These points will help to stimulate and open up your upper sinuses, relieve nasal congestion, a stuffy nose, sinus problems, tooth pain, eye ache and irritation, swelling around the eyes and general facial congestion.
