These points are to be held with a light, steady pressure for 1 to 3 minutes. Acupressure most commonly uses the fingers to massage slowly, rub, and stimulate the pressure points until you feel a pulse in your fingers.
These points will help to stimulate and open up your upper sinuses, relieve nasal congestion, a stuffy nose, sinus problems, tooth pain, eye ache and irritation, swelling around the eyes and general facial congestion.
