Monday Morning Intentions

Hello,

This time of the year in the United States, folks begin to reflect more on the things they are thankful for and express their appreciation. Thankfulness is however always in season!

 

Developing a spirit of gratitude and expressing thanks, has its many benefits to include increased joy, more meaningful social interactions and a deeper appreciation for your blessings.

 

A quick way for me to transmute negative energy, is by thinking about what presently am I grateful for. 

 

I am a lot thankful this year for my body, these 3 ways it has served me:

  1. Getting me to and from
  2. Bouncing back-- its perseverance 
  3. Wisdom-- helping me to be more aware of how I am feeling

 

As you experience this time, consider the top 3 things you are thankful for and reflect on them.
