Hello, this is a little interim instalment to remind you that it’s the Totterdown Art Trail this weekend! I will be exhibiting my work at 195 Wells Road, BS4 2DB from 11-6 daily - although please be warned we may close up earlier in the evenings, especially on Sunday! Across the weekend there will be lots of other open houses and community venues displaying artwork of all kinds, and we are in a fantastic spot on the main road. The Upholstery Collective and church are right opposite us with lots on show too. |

I will be around all day to discuss my artwork and have a range of items for sale as well, so it’s a great opportunity for a nice day out and maybe get prepared for festive gift giving. I’m also making preparations to travel in January so I will be taking some time away from Bristol for a bit, meaning it’s a great chance to catch me and all my work in-person before then! |

To the left is my stall at a market in Clifton last weekend. it was lovely to be back sharing my creative work with people in person and having affordable pieces like my ornaments (also pictured above). All of these will also be at the art trail this weekend. I plan to have some things online after the art trail too for those who aren't local! |

One other offering I have for Bristol locals is tattoos, for those who have been here since the start of Soul Food, you will know this has been on my mind for a while. I've taken a very slow and mindful journey with tattooing and I am now beginning to give hand poked tattoos! Please get in touch for more information, I'll be sharing my first flash sheet soon to those that show interest. For now, here is the first drawing that I made with tattooing in mind, earlier in the year (to right) |

Recommendations this time are simply to come to the art trail if you can, I would love to see you! and maybe engage with some slow crafting on a cosy evening. Mending your socks or holey jumpers can be so therapeutic and keep them going so much longer too. Below is my favourite pair of socks that I might even prefer now I've mended them. That's it this time, thanks for being here! |

If you'd like to show some support during these harsh financial times, you can use ko-fi. Ko-fi is a platform where you can donate the price of a coffee to support creators. You can give a one-off or a monthly donation. Any donations are hugely appreciated! |
