Summer is here and whether you have little ones to look after or are leaving your class of little ones behind for a break, the need to embrace change in routine is well and truly here. Discover how we can support you by exploring our website and if you don't have time to do that then see below where we have picked out the best of our services for you!

Change is coming

Hello, Sophie here!

 

I wanted to let you all know that I am heading back into the classroom full time from September 2022. I created Mindfulness for learning out of real passion and a belief that wellbeing is for everyone, so rest assured we will not be going anywhere, see below for the new structure to our services.

 

For Educators

Our school workshops for staff and children will be unavailable for now. Our plan is to make all of the content available online over the next year so watch this space. We will still be writing educator advice articles and inviting podcast guests to record with us with a focus on supporting educators (you can subscribe to the podcast here). If educators require answers to wellbeing questions or want advice they are invited to email us at sophie@mindfulnessforlearning.com.

 

For Parents/Carers 

Our parent/carer online sessions will still take place. Check in here for dates/times of the next available sessions and we have been able to reduce the price to £3. If you work somewhere that would like to book an online session to support parent/carer employees then please email me at sophie@mindfulnessforlearning.com for a separate quote. We will also continue to write parent advice articles and invite podcast guests to record with us with a focus on supporting parents/carers. You can subscribe to the podcast here.

 

For Children

We will continue to run our FREE Mini Mindfulness and Kids Yoga sessions during the school holidays. You can sign up here to receive updates of when these sessions will take place or just check the website regularly. 

Our 1:1 child wellbeing sessions will be on hold until we have settled in to school. It is our hope that the 1:1 sessions will be available to book again from November 2022.
