COVID has certainly caused us to make some hard pivots, flex our resiliency muscles, and adapt to new normals. New normals, that can cause disruption and change. This disruption ignited my business, and I am grateful to say I have been able to provide consulting, coaching, and training to individuals, teams, and organizations dealing with the impact of COVID. What I have learned is change is inevitable, and growth is optional. So, how can you learn to manage change and disruption in a healthier way, and grow as a result?
