The team at Unwound hopes this email finds you well and healthy. And that you all stay that way. Social distancing is something that feels very strange for us here. We've built this shop to have a strong community focus, yet the recommendations from health organizations are asking us to eschew all those warm, fuzzy feelings of support we have. We are taking those recommendations with a heavy heart, and a genuine optimism that these efforts will make a difference in "flattening the curve" of this epidemic. Curbside Pickup & Shipping: Whether you call in your order or order online, we can deliver it to your car! Park near our front door and we'll run it out to you. Or we can ship your order directly do your door. |

Limited Hours: Effective 3/19/20, we will only be open for in-person shopping from 10AM-2PM Wed-Sat & 12-2PM Sun. From 2-6PM, we will be fulfilling curbside pickup and online orders only. |

|
Online Orders: We're ramping up the stock we have available on our website. Previously, we only had Unwound's Own yarn listed, but we'll gradually be adding the rest of our stock and some special kits to the site so you can shop the complete Unwound Inventory from your house! |

Virtual Community: On Saturday mornings, we will be hosting virtual knit groups! These events will be held on Skype, a free conferencing program. You can use it on a web browser or phone app. Check out our Facebook Event for more info. |

Disinfect all the things: We're washing our hands between each customer. We're disinfecting all hard surfaces, doors, handles, etc. We're wearing disposable gloves when prepping orders for shipment. Please join us in this extensive hand cleansing. And don't touch your face! |
